Street Assessments Endorsements
This ALTA loan policy endorsement can be used to provide specific coverage against any street assessment liens as of the Date of Policy which are not specifically excepted in Schedule B taking priority over an insured mortgage.
This endorsement insures an insured owner or lender that the land described in the policy complies with state statutes and city or county ordinances regarding the subdivision or platting of land and that the land can be conveyed using the description in the policy.
The Survey Endorsement insures an insured owner or that a specific survey covers the same land as is insured in the Title Policy. The coverage given by this endorsement goes beyond the coverage given by deleting the standard survey exception from the policy in that it affirmatively insures the accuracy of the survey.
